We endeavour to provide quality vintage clothing and accessories however the nature of second hand items may show signs of wear. 

Our prices reflect any imperfections and the journey these pieces have made to be here for you.


We check our products for faults and list items we feel can still be loved.

Please check our items details/descriptions to acknowledge you feel the same.

The nature of vintage means it's old, used and has had a life already. Nothing we sell will be in perfect/brand new condition.

We inspect all items before listing them online, however our items are constantly being tried on in our shop.

Sometimes they may pick up body odours or wear more over time.

It's up to our customers to clean items before wear or repair items with minor faults.

 Each listing will state the condition of the item, however we can't control differing opinions on condition.

Please feel free to contact us should you require more pictures or details about a specific item.

Returns / Refunds 

Returns/refunds are only issued if an item has been sold to you with a major defect unknown when purchased or has not been correctly described and is returned in reasonable time. We don't accept returns/refunds if you have not read our details correctly.

If there is a problem with your order/item please contact us directly. We are happy to help!

To dispute an item, contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If a return/refund has been approved a store drop off or return via post must be done within 3 days. 

Return postage is at your expense. We will contact and arrange return/refund once the item has been received.

Postage within Australia is FREE!

International shipping is estimated by weight and destination at check out.

Generally: $25-$50 depending on items.


We post with AusPost : www.auspost.com.au
Our postage quote includes packaging/handling.

We'll have your item posted within 1-2 days in most cases. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays may take up to 3 days to process.

Our parcels are tracked and we will provide the tracking number to you on dispatch.
If you wish to have your item insured or sent via express postage please get in touch with us before you check out.

Insurance and express fees will apply

Aus (excl. WA & Northern QLD): 3-5 business days
NZ: 7-12 business days
Elsewhere: 12-15 business days


Your Obligations

We DON'T take responsibility for items lost within the postal service. Contact AusPost with your tracking number if you're parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame.  We recommend insuring special items.

Paying customs fee's is your responsibility. The time it takes for you to do so is not included in the postal service's delivery estimate.
PLEASE NOTE: We won't lie on our customs form on your behalf. We don't mark items as gifts and we list exact prices.

Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged.

Please check with your countries customs to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

Buyers are also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of our online store (e.g. Paypal/credit card fees).

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you discount an item for me?

Sorry, our prices are set. These prices cover many things from costs, fee's and time spent on listings. Running a small business is costly, but by making a purchase with our store you're helping keep something special operating!

How do I know an item will fit me?

We understand vintage sizing is difficult sometimes. So, we do our best to provide the essential measurements. Our items are measured flat and doubled (where necessary).
We list accurate measurements as sizing listed on tags will vary from country of origin and brand.

How do I wash vintage garments? Has it been washed already?

As all our items are vintage and pre-loved care should be taken when washing them.
Some vintage pieces do not provide care instructions.
In this case: please wash garments separately in cold water and allow to dry naturally.
In some cases items we get have never been worn so we can't ensure they have been washed before. Please wash dyed items separately to ensure dye does not run through your laundry on the first wash.
We do wash or dry clean some items that are in need of it. All items are steam cleaned. Washing items is the buyers responsibility.

Why are the 'mens' and 'womens' wear displayed together?

Our store is gender neutral and is not separated by gender. Dresses, jumpsuits and overalls are in the same section. All tops or bottoms are listed together. We'd like anyone from anywhere on the gender spectrum to be able to wear what makes them feel good!

Where do you find your items?

Our items are handpicked in North America. We also sell items on consignment from the public. If you have items to sell please see our 'consignment page'.

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
